LIMITED TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Upper Midwest Chapter of NATAS makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. We also disclaim any warrant of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

2. The Upper Midwest Chapter, NATAS, will not be responsible for any damage you suffer, including damage resulting from delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions.

3. At the Upper Midwest Chapter, NATAS’ and its Board of Governor’s discretion, subscriptions to services may be revoked at any time for abusive conduct on the system. The Upper Midwest Chapter of NATAS and its Governors are deemed as authority to define abusive conduct to the systems, and definitions may periodically change or be amended to previous ones.

4. You acknowledge that the Upper Midwest Chapter, NATAS, website may go offline from time-to-time to perform maintenance or to upgrade the hardware or software, or the site may become unavailable due to network or power outages or attacks by malicious users. You agree that such interruptions in service will NOT generate any claims.

5. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Upper Midwest Chapter, NATAS from any claims resulting from your use of the service which damages you or another party.
